My first attempt at an album cover for a local band. They want an image of a Scutigera insect (those lil centipede things you find in your house). I hope they choose this image so I can move on to other projects this month.

they did. The album's called Scutigera and the band is called Run At The Dog. I'm not sure if there's an image on their website or not though.

A brilliant and unique concept, well-executed. In my lowly opinion they would be insane not to choose this image.

That's what I thought when I saw the thumb but I also wondered about some sort of sea creature. Those centipede things creep me out but I like the work you did here. I like the watercolor technique you use. Nice work!

Hahaha, those scare the crap out of me when they come out of nowhere and run at 100 mph across my basement floor!

I love the color combination on this... I almost wish the white of the background was a different color though. But I like the watery-ness of the background.

Oh god I hate those creepy things ;~;

This is very cool, though. Took a really creepy bug and made it very neat and beautiful.
